Macedonia's Deputy Interior Minister, Agim Nuhiu, has indicated that very soon the establishment of a joint team between Kosovo and Macedonia, for finding missing police officers on the Lepenc River.
He has said that since last night Macedonian authorities have been in contact with Kosovo's two missing police officers.
But according to him, it cannot be said yet if they are on Macedonia's territory because of the difficult terrain.
Even our Macedonian police forces are engaged, are in direct contact even with the Kosovo Police, are the joint patrols from last night patrolling. Now we expect to create a joint group of special units with Kosovars and see, it's a very difficult terrain, and we can't say exactly that they're in our territory because of the difficult field”, Noah made it known.
Nuhu added that they are in direct communication with Kosovo Special Unit, where they will exchange experiences for recognition of the ground.
