Vojislav Seselj is one of the most controversial politicians in the Balkans.

Today, in Serbia's Parliament, he has burned the Croatian flag and reviled a delegation of Croatia's Parliament, which was standing for official visit to Serbia.

During the day, Periscop reported on today's incident, in which Stojanovic was also involved except Scheele.

The Serbian Radical Party announced that Seshel has offended the Croatian delegation's leaders by addressing “and fucking mother's Ustashes”, Periscopi follows.

After this incident, the Croatian delegation interrupted the official visit to Serbia and decided to return to Zagreb, while Scheel's actions were condemned by two governments -- the Serbian and Croatian governments.

But this is not the first time he has acted that way.

It can be described as flag pyroman.

Years earlier, Schehel was frustrated by The Hague Tribunal, who was convicted of war crimes. He had said he would not appear at Tribunal at the time of the decision.

In protest he even burned NATO and European Union flags while repeating his nationalist messages.

Seshel is accused of three crimes against humanity, which are persecution, deportation and violent displacement, as well as six other charges involving murder, torture, etc.

Who is Vojislav Seshel?

Vojislav Seselj is one of the most controversial politicians in the Balkans. A week ago, he was sentenced by The Hague War Crimes Tribunal. His intelligence has been very talked about. High IQ, and also his angry speech. He was diagnosed several years ago with metastatic cancer, writes Periscope.

In 2014 he was released from Scheveningen, where he was being tried for war crimes to undergo cancer treatment. In the 2013 elections, he and his party won 23 seats in parliament.

He was born in Sarajevo, by ethnic Serb parents. It is said that during his education, he was influenced by the works of Marx, Engels and Lenin, but he also read Trotsky and Maon for a while.

At the time he was in college, he was one of the toughest professors against Muslim political science professors, accusing them of being responsible for the situation and saying they are “panislamists”.

During the time of Yugoslavia, Seselj's political activity had also been very controversial, causing him to be imprisoned several times. On July 9, 1984, he was even given an eight-year sentence for promoting a nationalist and anarcho-liberal platform that has committed the criminal act of anti-revolutionaryism. But his sentence had been reduced from eight to six, then four, and finally to only two years.

According to John Mueller, Sheshel became mentally unstable as a result of the torture and beatings he had experienced in prison. ”

His party during the Kosovo war had been the only one who had not supported the withdrawal of Serb troops from Kosovo territory, Periscopi reports.

His wife, Jadranka Seshel, is from Podujevo and has been competing for Serbia's president in 2012.

Sheshel is the author of close 200 books, mostly in the form of documents and transcripts from public interviews and presentations. Some of the titles of books are formulated as insults against his enemies, judges and prosecutors, domestic and foreign political figures. /Periscopi
