The police have immediately appeared at the scene and arrested person W. L. 1965, and confiscated an M-57 calibration gun 7.62 mm, with a clip with six pieces of same calibre bullets.
The victim has been sent to QKMF Decani, then to the emergency regional hospital in Pec and his condition is out of danger for life.
Regional police investigators, in full co-operation with the state prosecutor, have taken all necessary operational-ethictial measures to clarify all circumstances for carrying out attempted criminal acts of murder.
At the order of the state prosecutor, the suspect is assigned the 48-hour ban to proceed with further legal procedures.
