New circumstances: the Presevo Valley trains under Kumanovo District
On December 25th 1913, the Ministry of Internal Affairs addressed the proposal on the union of “released “with Serbia's Kingdom in Belgrade.
This request was the result of King Peter's advertising of September 7, 1913. In this case “released “were divided into twelve districts, into forty-five circuits. Residents of “released “became subjects of the Kingdom of Serbia. The Presevo Valley was listed in Kumanovo County. I pretended to be the center of the circle at this time to consist of nine municipalities, including those of Bujanoc, Bilaci, Junica, and others.
