The breadmakers announced the price increase, since electricity was expensive for them.

The fawns of bread, which in addition to the massive bread that needs to be subsidized, rightly holds the price. We have a whole range of different products, pastry, pie, dairy products trading, which completely change the nature of this business and prevent us from applying this different price”, says Elton Sevrani, the business division O SHEE.

Bread ovens have a price of energy nearly twice as low from other businesses, 7.6 leks per kilowatt, respectively. But furnaces and other products, according to O SHEE cannot benefit reduced prices, as in addition to the regulatory entity's decision, it affects competition on the market by damaging other businesses.

“If a subject trades milk, yogurt and others, and opposite it is an object that conducts trade in the free market, but does not produce bread, both must pay off energy at the level of tension that is defined by ERE”, Sevran says.

A day earlier, the breadmakers' association warned an increase in the price of bread due to the price of energy.

But, OSHEE says it will rigorously implement the regulatory entity's decision by advising the ovens and other activities to separate them from the breadmaking one. /Tch/
