The European Commission is expected today to publish the state report for Western Balkan countries, including Kosovo.
The Kosovo report, formerly known as the Progress Report, is expected to identify positive developments, but also the impasses.
Criticism is usually done in politicising public administration, politicising boards, in the judiciary, etc. Last year a part of the report has been dedicated to normalising reports between Kosovo and Serbia.
Otherwise, the European Commission Report is an instrument whereby the European Commission praises a country's progress in meeting the European agenda.
This report is published once a year.
