“We are very concerned by the fact that some countries rely on their military force to transform Syria on the ground to measure force”, he said during a televised address in Ankara, the ATSH reported.
According to a source at the Turkish presidency, the Turkish president later held a telephone conversation with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
The two leaders exchanged their views on recent developments in Turkey.
