Education is the only area that has not marked improvement, the European Commission Progress Report, published days ago.
The quality of education in Kosovo, according to the report, continues to remain a challenge at all levels of schooling, Koha Ditore writes today.
In this year's report, concern has been expressed on how the recommendations of the report released two years ago have not been taken into account in the education sector at all.
Numerous remarks have been given on pre-school education, pre-university education, as well as higher education. The 2016 report also had the same negative estimates.
