ECA Document: Will Albania face a Russian storm?

The European Council for Foreign Relations has published a document titled “is facing the Western Balkans with a Russian storm?

But, it further says, Russia's aim is not to impose authority over the countries of the region, including Albania, but to foster more existing tensions in these countries, Scan reports.

As for the Albanian factor in the Balkans, this report says that the scenarios for Albania and Kosovo are very limited.

In Albania's case, this is attributed to Albania's open lineup against Russia, especially under the direction of the Foreign Ministry by Ditmir Bushati.
