During a speech in Manila on Thursday, Duterte criticised the US government for banning the sale of weapons in the Philippines due to human rights concerns, reports “Al Jazeera”, Periscopi broadcast.
If sometimes my plane explodes, or if a bomb explodes, you can ask the CIA,” told a group of farmers and fishermen at Malacananga's presidential palace.
It wasn't the first time President Filipino accused the CIA of plotting against him.
In 2016 a group of Filipinos in Vietnam had told him that a report says that “is a plan for my murder”. In 2017 he had declared that “if I die, behind the killing lies America. ”/Periscopi/
