The director of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric, has said Kosovo Serbs will not surrender until the Association of Serbian Communities is established.
He has said Pristina does not plan this association to form in accordance with the agreement reached in Brussels, which, according to him, should happen, writes Most.
“A team is working on drafting the statute, which will not take place according to the internal acts of Pristina decisions, but only under the Brussels Agreement”, Djuric has said.
This agreement clearly states that both sides should prepare a list of rules that will be corrected. Pristina's commitment is to change regulations, according to validity, but that association is not being taken into account and I think that Pristina plans this, but that the question is why they are negotiating with us”.
