The court in Pristina made its decision today for six detainees of the Student Movement for Equality “Sum, Action, Critics”.
KA LLXO.com learns that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the six-month detention of the Student Organisation for Equality “Studium, Action, Critics” to six.
The six members of the SKV were arrested on the night between Thursday and Friday at the town park in Pristina, where the organisation was celebrating its 8th anniversary.
Members of the SKV protested yesterday in front of Pristina's “Police Station, seeking the release of those arrested.
Police announced yesterday that they have been exiled to the park following citizens' complaints that mobs there are disrupting public order and calm and are using narcotics and alcohol.
Members of the SCV were yesterday denying the use of illegal items, while police said they found such items instead.
Police and the SKV had opposing statements concerning the permit for the 8th anniversary celebration.
Police indicated they were not notified of the SCV's early activities, while the SCV said it reported the gathering in the park.
