The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, the Court of the Department of Mitur, today April 18, 2018, pronounced a conviction act against defendants B.S., who, according to the act of Constitutional Prosecution at Ferizaj, is accused of committing sexual abuse of persons under 16 years, by Article 235, paragraph 2, submorgraphy 2.3, concerning KPRK paragraph 1.
The Judicial Chamber, led by Judge Kadriye Goga ébishtani, after observing the initial trial, managing all evidence, admitting guilt on the part of the B.C., for the criminally misuse of persons under 16 years' age (16) by Article 235, paragraph 2, subparagraphus 2.3 concerning KPRC paragraph 1, tried with a seven-year sentence of imprisonment.
The defendant is charged that in January 2018, in Ferizaj, he has sexually abused children aged thirteen.
Against this bias, the parties have the right to a vote in the terms of (or 15) 15 days from the day of the written court's acceptance. The complaint addresses the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Ferizaj Foundation Court.
