Today, where presidential elections are being held there, two of the candidates for the first state during the campaign have warned of attracting recognition to Kosovo.
Opposition candidate Marko Milacic and the one from the Serbian coalition, Dobrilo Dedelic, had said recognition of Kosovo by Montenegro was a mistake.
Milacciq during a rally had declared that the Montenegrin government has manipulated the people when it recognised Kosovo.
The Montenegrin government manipulated with its people regarding Kosovo. It would insist on canceling the decision to recognise this state”, Milachic said.

He had stressed that he would also withdraw the Montenegrin ambassador to Kosovo. He even accused Djukanovic of lying when he said that attracting recognition is impossible.
But Albanians in Montenegro seem to have decided to vote for the favourite candidate, Milo Djukanovic.
