List consists of these names: Xhavit Rexhaj, Vjollca Krasniqi, Gazmend Luboten, Arta Jakupi, Rosafa Koliqi-Lila, Dukagjin Zeka, Magdalena Ziolo, Herbert Amato and Jeffrey Boutel.
After the criticism of the list was made by several members of the Commission, the Minister of Education, Thank you Bytyqi, has said that I know the list is not the best, but that for the long time being, that is what they have been able to select.
Despite the criticism, the list has been supported by all MPs, except for the Serbian List, because the Assembly has recommended that they proceed as soon as possible, as since April 19th, when the ENKA General Assembly, the Agency of Discension, is also in danger of being dismissed by the institution.
