Haradinaj guaranteed the heads of municipalities that they would have the Government's support for implementing their projects.
During this trilateral meeting, the executive head said that after today's meeting, a milestone of obligations will begin between the country's institutions and the EURZH.
And we're going to go to another stage like that to call it a memorandum between the institutions of the country and the EURZH from here then every single project will get its own light... and we as a government will be with you, in service to you, with your projects, also confirm to Neil that Kosovo appreciates this relationship and we're serious and that we're going in the long term with this relationship, and we really appreciate your seriousness, because we've really been in London and we're looking at London now, and he said.
The chief of the EURZH Office in Pristina, Neil Taylor, said the EBRD is ready to co-operate with Kosovo.
According to him, the EBRD in Kosovo has priority of the private sector, green economy and infrastructure.
We have three priority areas in strategy, private sector, green economy and infrastructure. So far I know we have the municipal transport project, the yellow buses I've seen on the streets of Pristina, but there's certainly a lot we can do with all of you”, Taylor said.
Drenas Mayor Ramiz Ladrovci at this meeting has presented two projects to the EURZH, as they cannot be realised with the municipal budget.
The projects presented by Laldrovci are the treatment of sewage, and the gathering for drinking water for 400,000 residents to be deployed in the village of Vrebovc.
“We've presented two projects for the BERZH, the project that is most important to us is the water treatment project we've presented at the London summit, which will cost the Drenas municipality about 22 million that will address all the rivers and the streams of the Drinas municipality and lead them to sixkm from the Drina municipality, where the sewage processing factory will be built. While the second project is a drinking water collection project for 400,000 residents who will be deployed in the village of Vrebovc”, Ladrovci said.
Gjakova municipality head Ardian Gjini requested the financing of four infrastructure projects that would facilitate this side's circulation.
According to Djind, some of these projects are that of the road linking Gjakova and Decanin, then the Lipveci road to Goden and the road from Meya to Cermjan.
This road started to build more than 40 years ago in 1976, and there's so much traffic going on across the narrow streets across the city, the other road we've presented is the transit that we call a transitrate through the plant, we have a big problem in Gjakova is in the middle of the Dukagjin plains that runs from Pec through Gjakova and in Prizren, and virtually all of the traffic that passes through Dukagji actually through the center of the city of<1> said Djindjic.
