A Battle Full of Free Construction

But without a construction plan, everyone has built by choice, which in front of the lake has turned the mound into a wild construction area, KTV reports.
Although many were built many years ago, none of them have construction permits.
Construction is not stopping, although the municipality does not issue permission without the Law's approval of legalisation and the area maps compiled.
For municipal officials this situation is quite disturbing, until the disapproval of this law has made it difficult for them.
Only in this municipality, for legalising residential objects and others have applied over 40,000 people.
But the changes and fulfillments of the Law on Legalization, expected to take place in the Assembly, have stopped this process.
Hamdi Jaha, director of Urbanism, says the Ministry of Environment has accelerated when with the Law for Legalisation, it allowed the application process to begin without becoming local maps.
He says that by June of next year this process will be completed and then those objects in Batlava, which cannot be legalised, will be destroyed.
Kohavision has contacted the Ministry of Environment Information Office, but it has not been able to get an answer on how far the amendment procedures have gone.
