Yet, he does not believe that they receive full wages that may be on medical vacations. “While those who receive full pay are about 79 thousand”, he said.
Jagcilar has also discovered that the removal of contracts on the work has been proposed.
“As far as the contract is concerned with work, in existing law, there has never been a proposed solution to how long they can be extended, what their competencies are. With the new law, we're going to propose it doesn't exist. If it goes as we think it will, there will no longer be an opportunity for regular work, assigned to people who are accepted, someone else to do those jobs. It may have a specific contract, but not on work”, it is expressed.
The Commission's deputy chairman for Public Administration, Albanian Pantina, has said contracts on the work are one of two main points in which the most abused are abused. According to her, the next point is the exercise of duty.
She has said that with contracts on the job, many institutions see it as the best channel to employ certain people.
As for the exercise of office, according to Pantina, major abuses are being done in high positions, enabling people from different sectors to enter into the task plan just to figure them out in the CV a certain function. She also complained at the length of the function as a task officer.
She has also said that reforms in administration must be launched by key institutions.
We need to start with the head if we want reform in administration. The law must come for Government. The number of ministries has to be reduced. I think there's a minister who must have no deputy ministers. Minister's advisers must be the directors. The number must be reduced”, she said.
