In Prizren during marking the 28th anniversary of the LDK's founding, Avdullah Hoti reiterated the requirement for new elections.
“You have heard the unanimous stance of LDK deputies that the country must go to the elections, not because the LDK wants to come to power, but because the sooner elections are held the possibility that the country more deepens not only in economic crisis, but in institutional crisis”, Hoti said.
He argued for elections with events that occurred when six Turkish citizens were deported.
The last “we saw an unimaginable crisis, a complete decline in the Kosovo state command hierarchy. The LDK as an institutional party does not allow this”, Hoti said.
The head of the LDK parliamentary group said that if political subjects disagree on the date of elections, the LDK on legal grounds will enable them.
We will take the constitutional legal procedures that allow us the Constitution to lead the country to elections regularly so that we can give the country a creditable government reliable in the eyes of citizens, not for politicians”, said Hoti.
Speaking of the 28th anniversary of the LDK's founding in Prizren, Hoti said the LDK story is Kosovo's own story.
“We have a sensational 28-year-old story as a political party and the whole LDK story is the history of Kosovo, at every stage, at any stage at”, Hoti said.
