Kosovo police through the 24-hour report have reported that during yesterday's Pristina day a suspect has been arrested, after having been seriously injured and offended by police officials who had imposed a ticket on a traffic counters.

The suspects have been tested for alcohol and have resulted in 6.5 . At the prosecutor's decision the suspect was released in regular procedure.
