23 protesters arrested for acts of violence on Nation Street will appear before Tirana court this morning for the security measure. The session was announced for 09 a.m..
Displacement of the trial at the Tirana Court was due to the lack of adequate facilities at the Kukes Court for holding the session.
The hearing will be led by judges coming from Kukes, while the party will be two prosecutors from this town -- Alketa Nushi and Edmond Carriqi -- as well as lawyers from 23 protesters.
For 11 persons, the prosecution calls for prison arrest measures, five others require house arrest, and seven citizens require presentation measures.
As media reports in Albania, Kukes prosecution's main test of protesters is film footage and evidence of 15 police officers
According to the prosecution, the court should place jails for 11 people, as it is in danger of running away and accused of serious crimes such as the destruction of fire property and the crackdown on police employees who are sentenced to up to seven years in prison.
