The Appeals Court rules for SKVA activists, following detention complaints

Thus, Appeals has left the Constitutional Court Act in Pristina on 1404.2018 in effect.
The persons in question are being suspected by the prosecution, that they have carried out a co-operation criminal act” Attack on the official person, carrying out the official duties” by Article 140, paragraph 3., concerning paragraph 31, of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Court of Appeals estimates that the first instance, right, has found that because there is doubt that the defendants have carried out a high-profile criminal offence, there is legal basis for the appointment of detention to them, confronting provisions of Article 187 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Procedure Code.
