The U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, said to the Security Council that news of chemical attacks and victims in Douma were not “fake news”, false news.
“We gave diplomacy the chance after chance”, she said.
But Russia blocked shares in Syria six times in a row.
“We cannot stand aside until Russia despises any international norm we stand for, Haley said.
She has added that the US will not allow the Assad regime to continue with mass murder using chemical weapons.
Russia's “Veto was used as a green light for Assad to use chemical weapons”.
“Our Syria strategy has not yet changed. But Syria has forced us to use force”.
The US still remains ready for the attack has declared the ambassador.
