Simon Shelton, also known as Simon Barnes, was found the frozen “to death” on Liverpool's streets after he had been drinking heavily.
An investigation by medical doctor Anita Bhardwaj considered the cause of his death a disaster, reports “Sky News” Transmission Periscope.
Mrs. Bhardwaj wrote “Simon Barnes was 52 years old with a medical history of alcohol addiction. ”
On January 17th, at 7:15am, Simon was found at a port between several Liverpool buildings. ”
Toxhocological applications have found a high level of alcohol. ”
A trained dancer and father of three replaced Dave Thompson, who was dismissed from the role of Tinky Winky in 1997.
