They have considered civil disobedience to come the protest prompted by the opposition, and apparently Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha will be at the side of the people in that disobedience, even if they arrest him himself.
Police do not arrest Olsi Ramen, Saimir Tahiri, Agron Xhafen, Balilaj and Habila, and criminals with friends will not have any official petition or request to receive permission to rally. Let's come arrest you, let's arrest the MPs, let them come and arrest me.
