The former head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo Parliamentary Group, Adem Grabovci, continues to deny his guilt over the “Chiefs File”.
Grabovci, except that he flatly denies his guilt, he continues to consider himself a sacrifice for the good of Kosovo.
Grabovci, who allegedly employed persons depending on their political positions, says he is willing to be sacrificed if his sentence is needed, for Kosovo to gain visa liberalisation.
There is no court that will bring my guilt to the world in this case, but Adem Grabovci is able to be visa liberalisation {x1>, Grabovci said.
In the case of “Pronto” there are eleven people charged with top official positions: former US Deputy Secretary Admir Shubovaci, current minister Besim Beqaj, current deputy Zenun Pajaziti, two former Secretary-General Ilham Gashi and J.D., former Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Shudda, political adviser at MPB Sadat Gashi, former Public Company Board Director <2nd> Randoniqi-Decimani-Dukani in Gjakov. Former Public Board of the Hidro-Dector at the RPUjund, former Prime Minister for Defence, Turkey's Turkey's Turkey's former Prime Minister, Turkey's Chief Minister for Defence Minister.
The accused are accused of committing the criminal act violating the equal status of the citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo in co-ordination, from Article 193 paragraph 4 concerning KPRKA's paragraph 1, concerning KPRKU's Article 31, of which some of the works have remained on the attempt.
According to the indictment, the defendants have misused their official positions by co-operating among themselves in granting privileges and illegal priorities to those who have competed in important positions, such as directors for central public companies, chief executive of the Agency for the Internal Affairs, head of the Agency for Medical Products and Co-ordinator of the Civil Record Centre in the Cline, denying and restricting the freedoms and rights of other candidates, guaranteed by law.
