Today, the meeting of Western Balkan leaders will be held in Bulgaria's capital in Sofia, in which the EU leadership will also participate.
European Commission Chairman Jean-Calude Juncker, EU foreign policy chief Federica Moghrini and European Commissioner for Good Policy and Negotiation Johannes Hahn will participate in this meeting.
Even Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has travelled to Sofia yesterday, where at the invitation of Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, he will attend the meeting of Western Balkan leaders and the EU's top representatives.
“Thaci will participate in the joint meeting with leaders of the Western Balkans, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, European Commission President Jean-Claudide Juncker, EU High Representative Federica Moghrinin, as well as Commissioner Johannes Hahn, announces the Presidency's briefing office.
The president will also hold bilateral meetings with state leaders of the Western Balkans and senior EU representatives.
These meetings will discuss the European perspective of the Western Balkans, following the publication of the EU Strategy.
