(8 years ago)Kosovo's hydrometeorological Institute has announced that today in the first half of the day, it will hold fog weather, afternoon countries with rain rigs. Minimum temperatures have moved between 1-3 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is projected to move between 6-8grad Celsius. It's gonna blow from the southeast at 4m's speed.
