The Parliamentary Group of the Vetevendosje Movement, through the party's deputy and deputy leader of the Movement, Fatmire Kolcak, has submitted today the demand for debate over domestic violence and institutional response to it.
This debate was asked to be held on March 8th International Women's Day.
As resolution of this debate, Movement V ENVIRONMENT! has included demands that have long been addressed by civil society organisations and activists during their work. Also addressed are concrete measures to address the long-term prevention and punishment of this highly serious phenomenon for girls and women, the report says.

- Review and Complete Law No. 03/182 for protection from domestic violence in 2010.
- The change to the Penal Code and Criminal Procedure for the criminal work of domestic violence, as well as for Kosovo Police, Prosecutor and Judges officials who delay or obstruct effective protection of the victim.
- The inclusion of the Streams in reviewing the 2018 budget under a separate and permanent budget line.
- Full budget after reviewing the Plan and Action Strategy against domestic violence.
