Also based on the Prosecutor's Order, Kosovo Police have accompanied five (5) people, deputy who allegedly threw tear gas into the parliament hall, to the police. To clarify the opinion, the Kosovo Police all of their actions, including the arrests made, are carried out only by the competent prosecutor's order, not by any other institution”, police suggest.

Police show that they have initially called on MPs to drop the hall, but the same have disobeyed this requirement by forcing police to act on the shift -- by deputies from the hall -- to proceed with further legal procedures.

The “Referenced the situation and circumstances created following the obstruction of holding the parliamentary session, throwing tear gas out for the third time from the deputy designated inside the session, the Kosovo Police, given the decision of Kosovo's Parliament's leadership, has taken professional action to empty and control the Assembly Hall. Initially Kosovo police, through its authorised officials inside the Assembly, have asked MPs to properly, volunteer out of the Assembly Hall as required by the decision of the RKS Assembly's chairmanship”, police report reported.
