Following Law No. 84/2016 “For passing re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, Article 11 and Article 4 point 6 of “Rule for the development procedures at the Independent Qualification Commission”, on the 1503.2018 have been counted and re-evaluation procedures for re-evaluation subjects have started as follows:
