The latest developments in the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV), Seb Bytyci, view as a “political resolution” that leaves the voter with bad “=x4>. You also see the consequences stemming from the divide, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Bytyci legalises at University of Winchester in England and heads the Balkan Policy Institute (IPOL).
In a written interview given <x0 Ditore” has talked about the factors that have produced the earthquake in the party that, until this week, had the status of the main force in the Assembly. She lost her status when 12 of her 32 deputies formed a new parliamentary group, while one passed into the power bowl. So now it's the third force in the Parliament.
In his view, the LVV has moved from left to right. And it believes that one factor that has produced division is that one arm has wanted to move faster and the other slower. In general, partition is seen as a result of a natural process of institutionalisation or bureaucraticisation of the subject, and it reminds us that all subjects have gone through this process.
The split, according to Bytyci, showed that the percentage that makes LVV rather different from other subjects in Kosovo is not as high as many people have hoped, apart from its 200 thousand voters.
