This will be the act of the unhappy following Shpend Ahmeti's resignation

Periscop has managed to learn that the group of the disgruntled whose members recently resigned from the Vetevendosje Movement, as a result of the clashes following Aida Drcgut's message, will formalise their group before the weekend.

The dissatisfied group has not yet made any concrete decisions for its political future, but according to information, will first form the parliamentary group and then consider the possibilities for establishing a new political party. However, the political party remains to negotiate among members with the aim of complying with their ideas, which in many issues and thematics are different.

The parliamentary group's formalism action comes just after the decision by Shpend Ahmeti to resign, and this is taking place because they have expected Ahmeti to be part of their group.

However, Ahmeti in his letter of resignation did not clarify decisions for his political future.

This does not mean that Albin, Visari, and Dardan and all others have no right in their opinion. Surely they will fight for their truth. Everyone wants success in pursuing their own goals, if they have good. The streets may be joining us again, but for me already with reason, conditions, and other methods. I bow to each activist for every job done for the good of the country. I will answer to each one of them individually for my mandate and work, and my door will always be open to them. I don't ask LV assemblies to do anything about my decision. It's the same thing to me anyway. People of Pristina are assured that my political future is more than ever linked to the capital. I am aware that we may find it more difficult in the Communist Assembly, but attitudes and beliefs are more important than comfort. I remain the same, loyal to myself and the citizens of Pristina. With the concept of transparency and accountability which enabled us to return normality to the city, I will continue to work on implementing reforms and pledges for a rapid and equal development of Pristina. All my energy will focus on creating conditions for a better life for the citizens of Pristina who should feel themselves equal among themselves and with residents of other capitals in providing services and public infrastructure”, Ahmeti points out in his letter of resignation.

It is also learned that Ahmeti's final decision to withdraw from Vetevendosje was made after today's session of the Pristina Municipal Assembly for voting the fourth quarter budget report for 2017, which was not voted into by Vetevendosje's assavists supporting Albin Kurti. So, the budget report didn't go by and go back.

Ahmeti in public is perceived as an important figure in Vetevendosje, as a politician with a different view, which led to being considered a more liberal politician in relation to the political views of some relevant officials within the party, such as Albin Kurti and his faithful supporters. /Periscopi/
