Tomorrow, after midnight, the clockwise will go about an hour ago. So when it's 2 after midnight, the scorpions will mark 3. Summer hour means a shorter night and a longer day.
The change of the clock occurs twice a year in March and late October when we even enter the winter season. But this may be the last time the clock changes, as a debate on the issue has already been opened in Europe.
Eurodeputs have proposed the removal of a winter watch, with the argument that the benefits from the longest day are greater for citizens.
But before they go to the polls, the European Parliament decided that a scientific study on the negative or positive effects of the time difference would be conducted and that only after the findings could it be directed towards a unified hour across Europe.
But there are several disadvantages, and especially for our health:
It's less expensive and the quality of sleep isn't as good as next hour.
- Stress increases, and that's just because of the time difference.
- General pollution affecting our concentration capacity, and this has been seen in the increase in road accidents the next day after the clock changes.
There are the advantages of changing the clock:
Saving electricity by having more days than night. Although the advantages are in the minority, for many families this is a great help.
How can we cope?
Sleep an hour earlier than usual until your biological clock is adjusted. Do not forget to engage in physical activity and to feed your health.
