Tmava: Tear gas is a weapon, throwing it is punishable by prison

Lawyer Bajram Tmava has said that throwing tear gas is a criminal offence under existing laws in the Republic of Kosovo. He has said the police had to intervene at the first moment when tear gas was dropped.
