Thaci, Delavie talk about developments in northern Mitrovica

The country's President Hashim Thaci is taught today that he has met with US Ambassador to Kosovo Greg Delawi. Their meeting today has been confirmed for Kosova Prees by the Kosovo Presidency, saying it has been a regular weekly meeting.
“Yes, President Thaci has met with the American ambassador today, but this meeting was regular weekly”, said the presidency Information Office's response.
Asked whether they have discussed developments in the country's north, President Thaci's Information Office has avoided the direct response, saying that at the president's regular weekly meetings with the US ambassador, all weekly developments are discussed.
Referring to a Serbian president's telephone conversation with the Russian president, Serbian media today have reported that Vuciq has received support from Putin.
The Western Balkan countries, according to many world media, are viewed as a field where “arrows are turned” between the West and Russia, so Russia's recent efforts to extend its influence on this part of Europe, thus exploiting the space created by the European Union with the deadlocks of the European integration process.
