The Ministry of Internal Affairs has started distributing drivers with new design.
The change in patent design is taking place for the third time, while according to Civil Record Agency General Director Bekim Hoxha, this time it has become the cause of establishing new elements related to the digitalisation process.
Hoxha said that there is no term for their replacement, nor is it mandatory.
It has not given a price on how much this design has cost the budget and about the tender procedures, but has stated that the project enters within the document supply and maintenance of systems.
