The Health Ministry, led by Minister Uran Ismaili, has not yet made concrete plans to respond to the National Auditor's Office about findings for the Health Information System. The Auditor's office months ago made an audit about SSH. Extensive problems have been recorded in the functioning of this system.
There are about 17m euros that have been planned in this system. But despite investments, SSH is not even close to functioning, Koha Ditore writes today.
The materials purchased to function SSH in 2013 until 2016 have not even become operational, and they have been amortized and out of use. Disfunctioning this system means jams of health insurance because legally and procedurally insurance can't start without functional SSH.
Health Information System is the basis on which health insurance works and means digitizing all health jobs in a single system. Delays in every link in the implementation of this system also endanger the implementation of the Health Insurance Law.
For about three months since the ZKA has published the report, the Health Ministry has not sent the work plan to resolve the issue at all.
