For Ivan Korcok, the first condition for Serbia is the strong political will for reform, and the second, binding agreement with Kosovo.
There is no other way”, Corcoc said, through a Twitter post.
For Serbia, membership in the European Union is certainly possible and can be done under two basic conditions:
1) Strong political will to implement necessary reforms; 2) legally binding agreement in Kosovo. There is no other way than this”, Corcoc said.
Otherwise, Slovenia is one of five states that continue not to recognise Kosovo as an independent state.
