(8 years ago)At around 2:20 this morning, Kosovo police have arrested two people -- citizens of the Albanian Republic -- under suspicion that the same were involved in distribution of narcotics, Periscope reports. According to long police patrols in the town of Sqaheraj, police units have encountered two men, where weight narcotics over 61kg of matricians have been found during the search of the same car.
After the necessary verification and control procedures, it has resulted in the same being with an Albanian license type vehicle where, during car control, five (5) suitcases (trains) with narcotics allegedly made of marijuana. Police personnel have emerged at the scene. After measuring the amount of the suspected narcotic substance of marijuana has proved to be weighing over 61 kilograms (actly: 61kg of 610 grams)”, police announce.
The amount of narcotics has been confiscated and the two people suspected have been arrested for further procedures.
Police have confiscated additional relevant evidence except for the suspected narcotics substance, including a X3 FALM car, two mobile phones, as well as 2000 Albanian money.
The custody prosecutor has also been notified about the case, and under his decision two suspects have been confirmed the decision to stop for 48 hours. /Periscopi
