But according to the coalition agreement PAN- The AKR, reached on September 4th, said at Article 5 that ministers and deputy ministers appointed by the AKR could only be dismissed by the party naming them in their duties.
“At the request of AKR leader all the Quadres that stem from this agreement are representatives of the AKR, such as ministers, deputy ministers, etc.”, said at Article 5.
Periskopi learns that the AKR has already expressed its dissatisfaction with the dismissal of Minister Sefaj, which comes from the AKR and therefore may consider the possibility of exit by the coalition.
All of this because of yesterday's developments, where 6 Turkish citizens -- the directors of the gulenistic schools -- were arrested and expelled from Kosovo without warning and without any justification from competent bodies.
It was later found that the unaware of the event was Kosovo's prime minister, who was hiding the AKI report on yesterday's operation. He warned since yesterday that he would act on legal and constitutional responsibilities. /Periscopi/
