Russia has developed a new collection of nuclear weapons that are invincible, according to President Vladimir Putin.
Putin made these claims as he presented his main policies for a fourth presidential mandate, ahead of the elections he is expected to win for 17 days, Klan Kosova reports.
The weapons he boasted of included a navigation missile he said could be “arrid anywhere in the world”.
“They must take into account a new reality and understand... [it]... is not a fraud” is expressed in his statement referring to Western states, Kosovo reports.
Giving its annual state of speech to the nation, Putin used video presentations to display the development of two new nuclear distribution systems he said could avoid detection.
A graphic video showed up to show rockets falling down in the American state of Florida.
