The Kosovo Assembly has failed to make a decision on the resolution sought by Albin Kurti and Vetevendosje Movement in connection with the death of Astrit Dehar.
Only 53 MPs have been in the hall, 23 have voted for, 27 against and 3 abstentions.
Intersideance and resolution researcher Albin Kurti has said he cannot reach the truth without demanding responsibility.
He has read 8 points in the report of two family legal doctors, Besim Ymaj and Besim Latifaj, who according to Kurti speak of violent deaths, in his call to vote the motion.
Kurti's proposal for a resolution to adopt after the interval ended was this:
The first “Picka realisation of the independent international investigation without delay, as well as co-operation without obstacles from the law enforcement institutions of Kosovo institutions. The second point, the immediate dismissal within the KP responsible for the case so that complete and unimpeded investigation is opened. The third point -- the dismissal of the minister in the government cabinet, the gift Hoxha as the minister under whom the leadership failed to fulfil the official task in connection with the management of corrective institutions and the obstacle to independent investigations”, Kurti said.
