The political force that came first in this election in Italy is “The 5th Stars” run by Louis di Maio, a 32-year-old with a common lifeline, but with an unusual political future.

But who's Di Maio?
Louis Di Maio was born in Avellino on July 6, 1986.

He's single, he likes cars (there's a Mini Cooper vintage) and he thinks of himself as not charismatic and bad in football. As a boy, his desire was to become a police officer.
Political life
Luigi Di Maio is considered an institutional pragmatist
From 2007 it is part of the 5th Star Movement. In 2010 he runs as a municipal adviser unless he wins.
He is elected in 2013 as an MP for this political force and is immediately then mandated as deputy speaker of Parliament, being the youngest in Italy's history (26 years), which holds such a task.
In a short time, it becomes one of the most popular faces of the Movement and manages to become a member of its leadership.
In September 2017, it ran in preliminary elections for political leader of Movement 5 Stars where voting from electronic platforms makes it the winner of 82 million votes.
