Production and construction more satisfied with the business climate than trade

So says the report of the Kosovo Economic Ode “business climate in Kosovo”, published Monday, in which barriers and expectations of businesses are highlighted today, writes Koha Ditore.

Another obstacle to businesses has been named the informal economy, the high cost of electricity, lack of professionalism in public institutions, customs procedures and small purchasing power.

All of this, according to the report, has a powerful impact on their business activities.

Business monitoring research has gathered information from business managers for the assessment of the economic situation, for their goals and expectations for the near future, and around 505 companies have been interviewed in the production, construction, services and trade sector.
