This tax has recently been included in the draft bill's document for the capital, but much around it is allowed to be defined by sublegal acts, on the part of the municipality itself.
Hasan has clarified to the paper that they do not determine how the green tax will be implemented or what it will involve.
The bill for the Kosovo-Pristina capital has been warned that it will pass through all necessary procedures, which will be completed by 16 March, and then sent to the Kosovo Assembly for final approval.
