This Friday, the act against them has been declared. After turning the case into retrial, Fevzi Hajdari has been sentenced to 2 years in prison and 25 thousand euros in fines. In that sentence, according to the Court, Hajdari will also be counted as the time spent in house custody and house arrest.
The other indictee, Taulant Tahirsilaj, has been sentenced to six months in prison, which sentence will not be executed unless Tahirsylaj commits other criminal acts within the period of verification of two years. Also, Tahirsylaj has been sentenced to fines of 4 thousand euros.
Both have also been charged with criminal abuse of office.
However, in the absence of evidence, the Court has both freed them from the burden of this work. The damaged side in this case, Ramush Misini, has been instructed in civil contests for the implementation of property legal requirements.
