Kosovo police have reported that yesterday's assassination in the village of Babemofc in Obilic, according to witnesses has been accidental.
Also, police say they have arrested the suspect, who had allegedly shot the male victim to death.
The investigative unit at the site confiscated a gun, TT-7.62m with a bullet in the barrel, a three-round clip and a shell. Cases have answered all relevant police units. By order of the prosecutor the lifeless body is sent to the IML, while the suspect has been sent to the detention center. The case remains under investigation”, the report says.
