Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli has spoken again today about the demarcation.

According to Pacolli, it is not going entirely according to plan, as he had hoped the session for adoption of the agreement with Montenegro would take place yesterday.

“I want to believe that every moment is good for the adoption of this document, which has held us hostage here and the citizens of Kosovo”, Pacolli stressed.
