Norwegian Ambassador to Serbia lost Serbs for Kosovo

One of the conditions for Serbia's EU membership is the normalisation of relations with Kosovo. This means that it is necessary to complete Kosovo's detention policy to join international organisations and Serbia face reality. Kosovo is, in fact, an independent state regardless of Serbia's position. [...]
Kosovo is, in fact, an independent state regardless of Serbia's position. That means the current situation is such that Serbia should not waste time. Kosovo is and will remain independent, while Serbia consumes scarce resources to deny this reality and therefore lost on trade and political co-operation”, Arne Sanes Bjornstad, Norway's ambassador to Serbia, answering the question of whether the main condition for EU accession is Kosovo for Serbia.
Serbia's “to accept Kosovo's independence”, this is being heard very often, recently also told by outgoing Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel, broadcasts news.net.
The ambassador further stated that, “considering, very strong feelings about the Kosovo issue about how some are willing to go so far to prevent Serbia and the Balkans from becoming a normal part of Europe, President Vuciq showed courage by expressing readiness to take a more realistic and rational approach to the Kosovo issue. ”
He has also talked about Russia's influence in Serbia, saying Serbia is free to continue its path, but should be careful about the election.
It is very clear that Serbia is trying to strengthen its co-operation with NATO and Russia. Moscow has paid more attention, especially because this kind of co-operation contains elements that are willing, visible and in some more spectacular ways, such as buying MIG 29 for 185m euros or joint military exercises, compared to donating vehicles or joint exercises in peacekeeping operations. It is similar to trade, where Serbia depends on trade with the EU, but it seems that much more attention is being paid to the media, significantly reducing trade and investment from Russia. Serbia is completely free to continue on this road...”, the Norwegian ambassador has said. /Lajmi.net/
